Our aim at Brocket Hall Foods is to source traditional British foods and drinks where there is clear opportunity to create a point of difference in quality, style or variety that reflect values as they used to be.

All primary ingredients used in our products are carefully sourced within the United Kingdom to ensure consistent quality and supply.

Currently our range includes premium sausages and bacon. Our range of Brocket Hall Foods sausages, which are made from 82% prime British lean shoulder pork, include a Farmhouse Pork, a Pork & Herb and a Pork & Cracked Black Pepper. In our bacon range, this time made with 96% prime British pork, we have both smoked and unsmoked dry-cure rind-on.
